BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
– Add 20g of ground coffee into the phin filter and gently shake to level the surface.
– Pour 40ml of hot water at 94–96°C and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
– Continue pouring another 40ml of hot water (below 96°C).
– Wait approximately 5 minutes for full extraction, then enjoy.
