BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 20g of ground coffee into the phin filter and gently shake to level the surface.
- Pour 40ml of hot water at 94–96°C and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
- Continue pouring another 40ml of hot water (below 96°C).
- Wait approximately 5 minutes for full extraction, then enjoy.
